When available a single Saturday night attracts a single night supplement of $50.00.

Two day minimum weekends . Single Saturdays subject to availability and owners discretion. Minimum three day stay requested on Long Weekends, and Public Holidays including Melbourne Cup weekend and Easter. Specials are not applicable on Long weekends and Public Holidays.

Folly Farm is a non smoking property. Guests are welcome to smoke on the verandah. The tariff is for two people. Not suitable for children.

GIFT VOUCHERS

The perfect present for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries and corporate incentives. Gift certificates are available and can be personalized. These can be emailed for last minute gifts or mailed. Full payment is required at time of issue. Certificates are valid for six months.

CANCELLATION POLICY

50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. This is non refundable. Balance is payable on arrival. Cancellations less than 14 days, unless the cottage can be rebooked, full tariff will be charged. Failure to arrive, total tariff will be charged.
